1. Standard Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the exact same condition that you received it, and in its original, unopened packaging.
2. Category-Specific Return Conditions
Because we offer a diverse range of products, certain categories have strict return guidelines to ensure quality and safety for all our customers.
Premium Cosmetics & Beauty Products:
Due to strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations, cosmetics, skincare, and perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged if the seal is broken or the packaging has been opened.
Returns are only accepted if the item is entirely sealed in its original factory wrapping or if you received the wrong item.
Modern Electronics & Gadgets:
Electronics can only be returned if the original factory seal is intact.
If an electronic item is opened but found to have a manufacturing defect upon first use, please contact us immediately. Defective electronics are subject to inspection before a replacement or refund is issued.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Items requested outside the 7-day return window.
Any beauty or cosmetic product that has been opened, tested, or unsealed.
Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation by the customer.
Items purchased during "Flash Sales," "Clearance," or with specific promotional discount codes (unless defective).
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Provide your Order Number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Include clear photographs of the item and its packaging to prove it remains sealed and in original condition.
Once approved, our team will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
